Welcome to Aura! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aura platform ("Aura," "we," "our," or "us"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through https://www.auraworks.ai (the "Site").

By accessing or using Aura, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to use Aura. By using Aura, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. USE OF THE SERVICE

  • To interfere with the proper working of the Service

3.2 User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload, generate, or share through the Service. By submitting content to Aura, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your data.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Some features of Aura may be available only through paid subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees
  • Payments will be processed securely through our third-party provider
  • Subscription terms, including renewals and cancellations, will be specified at checkout
  • We may change pricing or features of the Service with notice

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Aura integrates third-party APIs and services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Supabase, PostHog). Your use of these features may be subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in Aura, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and content (except user content), are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

7. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Required by law or legal process

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

8. DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

  • We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you (if any) in the six months preceding the claim

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aura and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
